Hiring – Hotel Manager (Sales & Operations)
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager – Sales & Operations to manage overall resort operations, sales, guest experience, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resort sales, marketing & day-to-day operations.
- Drive business development, revenue & occupancy.
- Handle guest relations, feedback & escalations.
- Lead and motivate the team while maintaining service standards.
- Monitor sales targets, expenses & operational performance
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Wellness, Sales & Operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Hotel/Resort Management experience
- Strong leadership, sales & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and operations
- Strong guest relationship & team-management skills
- Immediate joiners will be given more preference.
